Daily Digestive Health

  • -1-2 digestive enzymes prior to two biggest meals of day, or anytime 4+oz of meat consumed. Recommend Caprazymes.
  • -Daily use of at least two varieties of fermented EAT foods off the Superhuman Food Pyramid (sauerkraut, kombucha, kefir, yogurt, kimchi, miso, natto, pickles)
